Since its establishment in 1988 the MAMA Art Foundation has directly provided $312,000 in funding support to the gallery. During this period it has also facilitated the gifting of a wide range of art work from private donors directly to MAMA.
In addition to the funding of the National Photographic and John and Margaret Baker Fellowship prizes a wide range of purchases have been made including photographic works by Max Dupain, Tracey Moffat and Bill Henson. Support has also been given in respect of the Albury Art prize and sculpture and installation commissions together with financing some much needed art restoration work.
2018 marks 30 years of Foundation support to MAMA. With your help we look forward to taking this support to the next level in our next 30 years.
